Pre-Payment Policy

To ensure the smooth execution of services and to secure our time and resources, Delookup requires pre-payment for certain services.

2. Pre-Payment Requirement

  • Upfront Payment: For projects or services that require substantial planning, resources, or custom work, we may request full or partial payment before commencing work.

  • Invoice: Upon agreement of the project scope and cost, an invoice will be provided outlining the payment terms. Payment is due before the start of the service.

3. Payment Methods

  • Accepted Methods: We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and online payment platforms. Details will be provided with the invoice.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Cancellation Policy: If you choose to cancel the service after making a pre-payment, the refund amount will be determined based on the work completed and the cancellation terms specified in the service agreement.
