  • Service Issues: If the service delivered does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or quality standards, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a refund.

3. Refund Request Process

  • Review: We will review your request and determine if it meets the criteria for a refund.

  • Resolution: If approved, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

4. Non-Refundable Services

  • Custom Work: Custom services and products specifically created for you may not be eligible for a refund once work has commenced or is completed.

  • Client Error: Refunds will not be provided if the issue arises from incorrect information or instructions provided by you.
